Likewise many chiefs & not plenty indians. Small part, non overly friendly. Certain co-,workers were not very friendly or helpful, made to feel uncomfortable. Very impatient trainer, with a bad attitude. They fabricated no attempt to hibernate their disgust of new hire, new hire training, repeatedly expressed displeasure when asked for assistance. Frequent conversations betwixt employees & manager(due south) regarding another's personal & confidential info without their knowledge. Direction was unresponsive regarding above state of affairs, even after respectfully & guenunly divulging feelings of discouragement & disappointment due to tenure employees demeanor. However, the tenured employee was able continue on as is. they time left started to deteriorate significantly.

Gexpro Services is a small company that feels like home. Their retirement packages are great and provide peachy incentives to invest in oneself. Gexpro Services also provides various days off for holidays and has a scaling system for vacations depending on time spent with the company. The visitor has a good number of folks with a lot of experience available.
Cons
Gexpro Services oft does not invest in its employees and often looks over qualified difficult working people. Employees frequently feel stuck in their current position because there is no good guideline for upward mobility. Gexpro Services will pay more for new formally educated employees with little to no piece of work experience simply because they come up from a "name brand" school and oft prefers them for promotion despite their lack of actual work experience. Other employees who have worked for the company for some time are sometimes overlooked for salaried promotions because they lack college education. Gexpro Services pays their higher interns more than their warehouse employees which gives insight equally to how they value people who make their business run. Understandably some warehouse employees are not long term employees but because of their ties to the warehouse they're hardly given a chance to excel within the company. This ties dorsum into Gexpro Services non investing in their employees. There is likewise a lack of preparation for new employees or less experienced people, especially with the sales input systems used, which are complicated and decumbent to errors.
